The app provides a unique blend of personalised assessment, education and clinical interventions, supported by medical and lifestyle coaches, as required by understanding and analysing your current health state. Importantly c4life assesses and understands you the user, ensuring it's advice and programs meet with where you are 'currently at', helping you progress confidently and with measured outcomes to enable you to progress positively to a better health position.
